I, Alexander Herold, have had the privilege of coaching thousands of individuals and collaborating with companies in both Sweden and Germany. As a certified coach and trainer, I have also helped hundreds of new coaches take their first steps in their careers.
Since 2007, I have specialized in offering customized leadership programs, coaching packages and corporate training that make a real difference. With over 18 years of experience as a project manager in some of Sweden’s most complex infrastructure projects, I combine practical experience with deep knowledge in personal development and self-leadership.
My journey in personal development began at the age of 18, and since then I have been passionate about helping people unleash their potential, live with freedom and achieve their goals. This version is more structured, clear and professional, while highlighting your skills and experience in a way that appeals to both individuals and companies.

My own journey towards personal development began at the age of 18, after a traumatic experience that ignited my interest in inner growth. Since then, my goal has been to share the tools that helped me build a strong inner freedom, security, and self-respect.

I believe in the inherent potential of each individual, which can sometimes be limited by emotional blocks and negative behavioral patterns. By working with the subconscious mind, we can create profound and lasting changes.
From Dream to Reality
It was only a year ago that I remembered my dream from the age of 13 to become a therapist. That dream has become a powerful reality during my 30-year journey in personal development.
I am a certified Coach and Organizational Coach, NLP Trainer and Hypnotherapist. In addition, I have gained valuable experience as a manager and project manager on some of Sweden’s largest infrastructure projects.
